TERMS & CONDITIONS

Promotion Eligibility (Hire vs. Purchase): This promotion requires the customer to enter into a standard machine hire agreement. If the customer subsequently decides to purchase the hired machine, they will receive a one-week hire credit. This credit will be applied only after full payment for the machine has been received and the machine has been formally handed over.
Customer Responsibilities: The customer is solely responsible for all transportation costs, potential damages to the equipment, and any other related expenses incurred during the hire period.
Offer Exclusions: This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or special offers provided by Brooks Hire or Brooks Equipment.
Required Agreements & Availability: The customer must complete and sign both a hire agreement and a purchase agreement before the commencement of the hire period. The promotion applies to select machine models only and is subject to current hire fleet availability.
Usage Limitations & Overtime:
- The standard promotion rate covers usage up to a maximum of 5 days, with a limit of 8 hours per day. Usage exceeding these daily or weekly limits will be billed separately at the standard hire rate.
- Machines trialed from new stock are limited to a maximum of 80 machine hours total. Usage exceeding 80 machine hours will be subject to additional charges or penalties as outlined in the hire agreement.
Application Review & Discretion: All applications for this promotion are subject to review and final approval by the Equipment General Manager. Brooks Equipment reserves the right to reject any application or refuse the promotion to any customer at its sole discretion.
Campaign Changes/Cancellation: Brooks Equipment reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this campaign at any time without prior warning or liability.
