Pricing & GST
: All quoted prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
"As Seen" Condition
: All runout equipment is sold
"as seen"
and in its current condition at the time of sale. Purchasers are encouraged to conduct their own inspections to ensure the machine meets their specific requirements.
No Guarantee of Suitability

Brooks Equipment
makes no representation or guarantee that the equipment is suitable for the purchaser’s specific purpose, project, or job site. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the technical specifications, reach, and capacity of the machine meet their operational needs.
Finance Available
: Finance is subject to standard credit assessment and approval by
Brooks Equipment
or its nominated third-party lenders.
Deposit & Payment
: A
non-refundable deposit of 10%
of the purchase price is required within 2 business days of accepting a quote. The remaining balance must be paid in full via cleared funds prior to the collection or delivery of the machinery.
Warranty
: Goods carry the remainder of the
original manufacturer’s warranty
(where applicable).
Brooks Equipment
makes no additional warranties beyond those provided by
XCMG
.
Delivery & Risk
: Any freight, insurance, or delivery costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon collection or delivery.
Exclusions
: This runout offer cannot be combined with other promotions, such as "Try Before You Buy" credits or existing discount agreements, unless expressly agreed in writing.
